Die englische Übersetzung der Bedeutungen von dem heiligen Quran von Taqi-ud-Din Al-Hilali and Muhsen Khan, von Al-Muntada Al-Islami und veröffentlicht vom König Fahd Complex für das Drucken von dem heiligen Quran in Medina im 1417
أَرَءَيۡتَ ٱلَّذِي يُكَذِّبُ بِٱلدِّينِ
1. Have you seen him who denies the Recompense?
فَذَٰلِكَ ٱلَّذِي يَدُعُّ ٱلۡيَتِيمَ
2. That is he who repulses the orphan (harshly),[1]
وَلَا يَحُضُّ عَلَىٰ طَعَامِ ٱلۡمِسۡكِينِ
3. And urges not on the feeding of Al-Miskîn (the poor),[2]
فَوَيۡلٞ لِّلۡمُصَلِّينَ
4. So woe unto those performers of Salât (prayers) (hypocrites),
ٱلَّذِينَ هُمۡ عَن صَلَاتِهِمۡ سَاهُونَ
5. Those who delay their Salât (prayer from their stated fixed times).
ٱلَّذِينَ هُمۡ يُرَآءُونَ
6. Those who do good deeds only to be seen (of men),
وَيَمۡنَعُونَ ٱلۡمَاعُونَ
7. And prevent Al-Mâ‘ûn (small kindnesses like salt, sugar, water).
